Calling All Chocolate Lovers

There are a ton of chocolate lovers in the world and we are certainly no exception. There were lots of homemade desserts when my kids were little, most of them containing chocolate in one form or another. I made the Fudge Pudding often as it was a favorite and so easy to throw together. After all these years, I am still asked to please make the "upside down chocolate cake" as it was sometimes called.
